I've been quite sad and frustrated about my account in Bittrex for quite some number of days. It is because I can't seem to re-verify my account because I am getting the message of my postal ID which is a very valid form of identification here in my country which is also very easy to apply for and acquire. I am also getting the error about the supposed "Selfie" after taking the photograph of my ID because the selfie process is about scanning my face like it is using a filtering app which asks me to get closer and fit my face unto the oval frame which I did and yet it will say too close or it will not do anything and then will tell me that it can't detect my face or something like that.

So I contacted the Bittrex support in Twitter about this worrisome inconvenience and they told me anything from clearing my browser "cache" to using Chrome browser only. But I am already using a Chrome browser so I thought that the problem originates from the verification system, it is either so sensitive to strict, or it cannot "read" my face because of its unique characteristics because of my Leontiasis condition which made me suspect that the algorithm of that face scan system is not used to the type of face that I unfortunately have.

Because of my sadness and worry it had lead me to lose my passion for writing. But this session took about more than a minute until I got the message that my verification had been approved!
