I Thank God That I Am Not So Breathless Yet 😤😷🥤steemCreated with Sketch.

I Can Still Make It, Probably

I had experienced a much worse breathlessness issue that I am currently experiencing right now and having a normal hemoglobin levels helps me greatly with my decreased lung capacity for that matter so again I thank God for it. That is why lately I am taking an iron supplementation so that it would help my cells get a better oxygenation if the oxygen-carrying capacity of my red blood cells will get an improvement which it would certainly will because I already know how it feels like to be anemic and then getting a blood transfusion or an EPO injection.

Now that I have a good amount of red blood cells and hemoglobin all I have to do is make it work as efficient as possible so that it would help me with my case with my breathing. It is already a long-standing issue that I am battling and I am just glad that my body is still enduring and not capitulating.

My Normal Hemoglobin Levels Is A Big Factor For My Endurance

Now that I have learned about oxygen concentration machines I am contemplating in buying one so that I could use it during the times that I wanted to feel better but I needed a portable one that I could use while I am hooked-up at dialysis to help me endure it and possibly ward away a crashing blood pressure.

I obviously do not like my BP to crash everytime I am getting treated because it would for one affect the cleaning quality for my blood and two the nurses won't be able to take off extra fluids in my body and in fact they ad more volume to my system and at the same time reduce the amount of extra fluids that have to be taken out.

The Infusion Of Saline Solution Raises The BP But My Nurses Overdo It

Now I am suffering along with other patients because these nurses are always blaming the fluid outtake rather than the normal blood-pressure-lowering effects of dialysis. So in turn almost every patient have a toady belly, weak, and could not easily walk if not wheelchair bound like me.

That is the reason that I wanted to totally control the outtake of of extra body fluids via another dialysis process that is called a peritoneal dialysis. Maybe in that way I can be more of an ease if all the extra fluids are taken-out for which at that point I could see a nicer well-being because being waterlogged all the time is no a good thing to experience even though I seem to be trying hard to control my fluid intake.

My prayer for tomorrow again is to not crash my BP, I will this time around eat lightly before I take a bath in preparation for my session and have my mother bring me my food an hour after my hook-up and eat as much as I can in the hope that it will stabilize my BP. I noticed that if I didn't eat after two hours then my BP goes down like a meteor.

A Panting Dog Is Normal But When A Human Does It Then It Is Not Good Already

But tomorrow is different because I will going to use a new dialyzer which would draw extra water and toxins from my body because it is new and it has been that way ever since. New dialyzers does that so it is okay for me to eat to counter it extra blood-lowering effects which I pray not to happen tomorrow because I am a bot waterlogged already.

In my case for example it is is also hard to breathe out and if you are not experiencing it yourself you will never know what I mean. The hard thing is that it affects your sleep which makes your night a sleepless night if not an insomnia day for you. Right now I am not that laboring in my breathing because at least I can still blog otherwise I might say to call it a night and rets until tomorrow if I can still sleep then it is better so that at least I can pass the time without feeling the ill and discomforting-effects of breathlessness.
