I Just Prefer To Sleep During The Day When It Is Hot And Miserable To Help Me Avoid Another Form Of Misery

It's unfortunate that I went in a habit of drinking coffee again so it just affects the instances that I wanted to just go for a slumber and drift-away to sleep. That has been proven to be more difficult now due to the circumstance arising to me having to indulge in coffee again.

But I just drink a thinned-out version of instant coffee. I just have to have it for when I wanted to kill my hunger with some toast because I certainly do not want to drink other powdered drinks because of its phosphate binder.

Phosphates is phosphorus in my body, its high elevation in my system was the cause of my hyperprathyroid condition which had lead to my bone deformity and continuing deterioration which is why I am always taking an expensive and hard to endure Cinacalcet that is the cause of my severe appetiteloss.

Right now I just had taken that drug and now I am feeling nauseous. I will refrain from eating at the rest of the day because of this. This is also the reason I wanted to take some sleep during the afternoon so I can get away from the initial after-effects of that hideous drug.

Anyway now I just have to cut back on my caffeine consumpotion except on my dialysis day so that at least I can be able to sleep more easily when I needed to avoid the feeling of sickness like this nausea that is plaguing me for more than three years now or so. It is just terrible way to live like this so I just needed much prayers form you my friends because it has been too long that I had been in this miserable state and I wanted an improvement in my life even for a short while only.
