I Am Feeling Much Better Now But I Hurt My Left Hip Joint

Yesterday I was trying to move my body on my bed and just raise my hip a bit until I heard a small "pop" sound which I felt more than I heard. It didn't hurt but it just concerned me because these things would hurt later on I thought.

I was right and now it was hurting already. Not much to make me cry in misery but it just made me take a pain medication. So I just ate a piece of bread a few hours ago and with it a tablet of my NSAID pain reliever which I wasn't been taking for a couple of months now.

Now I am relived with pain all over and I might also get sleepy later this afternoon because of that which happens often when I take even with this NSAID pain reliever.

I still have a long, long way to go to achieve a perfect "no pain" condition. I want to feel no more pain if I would walk, move my arms, clench my fist, and sit for long without having to feel any discomfort or pain, that is my goal and I hope that God would bless my efforts because it is just not a thing that is too much to ask but something to make me live normally as a normal living thing.

This is just how weak my joints still which is why I am a long way to go to achieve a good outlook for my joints and bones. But I am still improving based on what I was experiencing lately and it did not happened after a month of Cinacalcet therapy but three year's time of therapy.

So it is a long way to go and I am not complacent about my body movements and trying to carefully move around so as not to injure myself and cause another expensive health issue. That is just what I am doing and I am determined to win because of the love that I get from my friends on and offline and the mercy of God on my soul.
