How's The Weather In Your Neck Of The Woods? ☀🌧⛱

It has been so hot today, well that is what I want rather than be cold with my limbs because even though I have a normal blood count regarding my red blood cell and hemoglobin levels my thinned-out body fat makes me very sensitive to the cold even though I do not get the shivers anymore.

The hot weather is a thing that I want for controlling my fluid intake and outtake. For one reason my perspiration or sweating makes me get liberal with my fluid consumption and most importantly I do not get filled-up fast with water.

Lately I am with a great ease with my breathing because I was able to reduce my body's water level near its normal level. I could be able to bring it more down because I will just have a bad dialysis session as my blood pressure would just go further down while I am hooked.

But the hot weather although it is really uncomfortable was my good ally for the said reasons. It also allows me to enjoy more fluid consumption while during the cold months or "fair" weather ever bit of drop counts to add-up until my next dialysis session.

The weather here is transitioning now although it is still hot I am now experiencing some rainy days and I just hope that it won't be so much severe when that season comes because it is hard for me to move around if it gets wet and miserable.
