I feel like a deflated balloon after each dialysis that I had but the big factor is that not all extra baggage is taken off and I still feel that there are much extra eater in my body judging by the condition of my breathing difficulties.
I will just eat prior for my dialysis today so that I will in my own theory support my blood pressure and not let it go down like a rock. It had been my preference to not eat before my session so that I will have more appetite so that I could eat more and at the same time enjoy it as well.
I only have to opportunities to enjoy my food in a week and that is in dialysis session time because as the dialysis machine cleans me out I feel like I fasted for 3 days or close to with in terms of getting that divine feeling of cleanliness in my body inside.
It never ceases to amaze me how the dialysis cleans my body so I kept of longing about it everyday because of that feeling that I could not explain but to only compare it is fasting with only water to drink. That is why foods tastes better even after an hour of being hooked.
My dialyzer helps as well because I use the one that has bigger holes in it so more toxins can pass through from the blood unlike the regular dialyzers which doesn't well as much. Using the "high-flux" as we call it makes my breath fresher for longer unlike if I would use the regular dialyzer where my breath would smell like ammonia after a while.
I had been in that situation for many years which contributed about me having a miserable life as a dialysis patient. Well I have to move on and just deal with the current situation that I am into. But I am still looking and planning for more options about my health so that could at least live near a comfortable level and not like this where I am catching my breath even without any exertion. May God Help me.
