Dear Diary: We Will Be Going For My Dialysis And I Am Happy Again

Dialysis days for me is a time to be both exciting and worrisome. Exciting because I get to be cleaned with my blood which gives me a degree of well-being as the dialysis machine not only cleans but also reduces water from my body.

So it feels like I am a balloon with its water let out to reduce the pressure and that is literally what I am experiencing each and everytime plus the dialysis procedure gives me back my appetite about an hour after I am hooked because by that time my blood is considerably cleaned for me to be able to eat and enjoy my food.

It is only at dialysis that I was able to eat a lot and after that back to the normal abnormal appetite which goes down to the drain after a few hours. So it sucked and I have to again eat to survive and not to enjoy my meals afterwards.

Worrisome because when my blood pressure crashes it is not really a pleasant feeling plus my dialysis session is either interrupted or terminated prematurely which will reduce the quality of my current mediocre dialysis treatment.

Crashing blood pressure is not good because you feel all sorts of pain in your body acting up for some weird reason and after the blood pressure is restored it all goes away like you are just mocked by the whole ordeal. So that is just my main worry about dialysis but usually I am glad as always when dialysis days comes, it is the grace of God that I am always thankful for.
