Dear Diary: My Oysters Are Here Ready To Eat Yum

These oysters that I conveniently ordered through a text message to my friendly neighborhood raw foods vendor was delivered to me this morning. They came with a shell which I prefer because they taste better that way rather than those de-shelled oysters that comes in a plastic bag full of water which dilutes their taste. The ones that comes with a shell is tastier.

My mother fixed this for me because I could not possibly do the de-shelling myself due to my weak hands. They had gone weak along with my body already and my hands just are limited now with their use. But thankfully my mother is always here ready to suppirt me and had been the extension of my body God bless her.

I Could Eat Nicely Today

These oysters had costed me $6 for a three kilogram weight with shells. Anyways they are worth it because they are full of minerals and of course the protein that I needed. I would like to eat them everyday because they are really so delicious for me.

I am now looking forward to eat already because I like foods that are pickled in vinegar and spices. I actually like raw foods that are prepared this way because of the combined texture and taste. I wish that I could eat this everyday but its prohibitive cost is just heavy on my budget.

But I could not eat this in one sitting alone and my parents just doesn't want to eat this kind of thing either so it well may last me until tomorrow or the next day which is okay since it will be pickled in vinegar , onions, fish sauce, and black pepper. Thanks be to God.
