Dear Diary: My Lower Gums Hurt When I Drink Hot Beverages

Indulging myself in dronking coffee or hot beverages or even eating hot or spicy foods is a pain in the butt now particularly to my gums as it hurts when I take those foods.

What I would do is that I will chase it with cold beverage to dowse the heat and pain otherwise the pain would linger.

I am just worried about my gums would grow so I am looking out about my diet amd taking my medicines religously. May God help me.
