Dear Diary: My Breathlessness Made Me Lose Sleep Today

I spent the whole night tossing and turning and lying still because I could not seem to sleep but I had a little nap-like sleep though it didn't give me a restful kind of quality sleep. The reason is my breathlessness and this will just make lose my appetite more until I can get to my dialysis session.

I could not eat when I am this state because the mere additional food into my body pushes and makes pressure into my organs and lungs and it is also the reason that I could not eat normal amounts of food. It could have been better if my body was just like before then these kinds of problems would not given me problems.

I just pray that my lungs would not get filled with water because it will obviously will not only make me weaker but also can make me susceptible with pneumonia which I am thankful to God that I am still resistant to thanks to my immune system and I would attribute it to my daily taking of vitamin C.
