Dear Diary: Mukbang Channels Are My Inspiration To Eat

Once I have discovered Mukbang channels in YouTube I was inspired by them because usually I could only eat 1/20th of they can demolish in one sitting so I reckon that I was really eating too badly and I cannot blame myself though because of my medicine's terrible side-effects on my appetite.

These people inspires me to eat because of the amount that they could eat in one sitting. I just remembered my grandfather (mother's side) when he eats he is very enthusiastic about it and eats heartily so if you would eat with him you would really be forced to eat as much as you can.

The opposite happens when I eat with my father with delicious foods, he always would preach about if you eat that kind of food every day you would not live long. So if you are eating you would look at your food and see how bad it is for you and you will just lose your appetite, it happens every time.

So I always do not want to eat with my father much less bring him in buffets before because he will just make an issue about it.

But it is just good to be in a home with a family with an enthusiastic mindset about food and eating it because it is one thing in our lives that we could not avoid and so when we eat we just have to enjoy it and not make an issue how food can be bad because it just removes appetite away.
