Dear Diary: Muesli With Blueberry Jam Is My Best Breakfast

It seems that even though Muesli has no meat in it the protein content of the grains also gives a plant-based protein which also can give a good sustenance especially for people who does not like to eat meat or milk for that matter because of some religious or health reasons.

I cannot tolerate milk in my diet especially if it is combined with sugars then I will definitely get a loose bowel movement and gas in my guts. But it may still be possible for me to eat milk if I would also eat meat so that my digestive system won't get stressed so that it can get the time to slowly digest the milk and won't give me the said problems.

I had already proven that to myself after eating ice cream I would then create gasses and have a loose bowel at the same time. So ice cream is a no-no but with small amounts it is still okay. So for my age I think I really have to look out for my diet because foods can be my medicine if I would just time it and select the types that can make me well and strong.

So I think eating Muesli with Blueberries is one of the best foods that I can eat as it packs the nutrients that my body needs. Today's breakfast had no milk in it but I love milk even though my body cannot tolerate much of it as well as its phosphorus contents so it is a very good thing that I am using phosphate binders.

I try to avoid meat and milk, but mix my muesli with yogurt and fruits.

Your diet must be controlled to get balance intake. Also if your body do something not good such gasses, diarea it's better to avoid it. Or you mix it with other ingriidient to make it good for your health

some non dairy yoghurts can work well with muesli and fruit.. maybe with some dried coconut and nuts. :)
