Dear Diary: It Is A Thanksgiving Viewing Today
I just prepared myself and slept early so that I won't be all groggy for my Thanksgiving viewing. I told my church worker who visits here in the house to give me a copy of the Thanksgiving celebration video to come by early so that we would finish early as the viewing session is quite a long activity.
Although it is hard for me to sit for long that is okay because I get to partake to the church activity which strengthens my inner self and of course rejuvenates my spirituality.
The thanksgiving celebration includes opening and closing prayers, offering of songs and praises, the topic of the week discussion in two parts, and consultation portion. There is also an announcement if there is a need to spread some news among the brethren.
I thank God that even though I could not physically go to the church I was able to view what is going on here in my home because of my church's program to let members like me get a mission service so that I will be updated with learning about what God has to teach about to make me strong spiritually.
