Dear Diary: It Is A Fine Day Today And I Am Getting Ready For My Sauna

The weather bureau said in the news yesterday that it was officially "Summertime" or hot and dry season now here in my neck of the woods and it will get intensified in the coming weeks maybe until June when it will end because June is the start of the wet and rainy season.

It is El Nino as the weather bureau added which means a very hot than usual weather which I am really hoping for because it will give me some natural sauna bath and make me perspire thereby lessening my body's extra fluid because I will be letting extra water via sweating.

I also had a good sleep today without using blanket anymore and that really was the sign that no more chilly nights that I have to contend with unlike in most nights where my hands are made numb because of the cold. Now I can just comfortably sleep without a blanket covering my body.

I know that it will be a very uncomfortable season but I needed this natural sauna for my own well-being. It is better for me because I can drink as much as I can with control of course based on how much I perspired plus it will help me with my dialysis as the nurses will be able to take off water from my body without leaving some and for my breathing too in the process. So I am very thankful to God for this weather.
