Dear Diary: I Wanted To Buy A Good Working Stove Soon But There Is A Thing To Consider Though

There is much I wanted to buy for this house like the stove because we are just using the inefficient stove which is given to us by my brother simply because it doesn't give a good flame. It has a lousy weak flame and when used for frying it makes the meat or fish a tough texture because it doesn't make a fried food crispy.

It affects the way I eat my food and I always find the meals prepared to be unappetizing anymore because you know, it isn't the taste sometimes is the factor for a food enjoyment but it also includes the texture.

More often when I request for a food to be fried I either get a tough-textured food or an under-fried food. When a food requires searing it is impossible to do that in a low-flamed stove. So the meals being prepared in this house really is affected by that stove that we use.

Now the thing is that my father is a destroyer of the things that I buy, I have noticed that for a fact, the last stove that I bought was dismantled by him so if I would purchase another one he might do the same thing and that would be painful. But if I would not buy a good stove my meals will just stay sad and uninteresting. Once again this is just one dilemma that I have to think about.
