Dear Diary: I Spent The Whole Night Trying To Fall Asleep And Now I Am Sleepy

I took Gabapentin after my dialysis just to relax my muscles and it also has a sleep effect so now I am just so relaxed and could nap a few hours maybe which would depend on how noisy this house could be when daylight comes.

It seems that my dialysis is efficient with its cleaning factor. I could really feel it because of that unexplainable effect that only a dialysis patient can feel.

Too bad I will feel sick again after taking another dose of Cinacalcet because of my Parathyroid medicine that I have to take so that my bones would not deteriorate even more. With that I am also so careful in what I eat because the cause of my Leontiasis was my hyperactive Parathyroid that is caused by a long time phosphorus elevation in my body that is left unchecked.

I was the only one who researched about what to do with my condition. My doctor didn't cared about my condition and I feel like she is just still learning about her profession and never had seen a case like mine. Now she is prescribing phosphate binder to other patients and ordering them to take a Parathyroid function test (iPTH) after I went for a doctor that can take care of my Hyperparathyroid. It is funny but it just happened.

Too bad there was already changes in my body after I took a medicine for this condition of mine (Leontiasis Ossea) but at least I am not in much pain and it is a big factor in my life. Glory be to God.
