Dear Diary: I'm Topping Up Again With This Essential Health Needs

I've got a few Calcium Carbonate tablets left and I just have to buy again online because it is where I am buying my calcium. I am specific with the Calcium tablet with vitamin D so that I can absorb much more Calcium than without vitamin D.

Calcium also binds a bit of phosphate from foods so it helps me with minimizing with my phosphorus levels in my body. High phosphorus levels would make my Parathyroid go crazy and make more of its hormones to balance the phosphorus-Calcium levels in my blood.

So the hormones acts as a signal for my bones to leach out calcium into my blood stream which effectively have weakened my bones over the years. So I now just needed some extra calcium for one reason which is to bind some phosphorus in my foods and two is for my bones to absorb calcium.

Right now I am like patching my bones and supporting it so that it won't get so brittle and cause me much problems like breaking or fracturing my bones or a further shrinkage particularly with my backbone. My parathyroid medicine helped me a whole lot because it did a great difference about my pain issues with my the whole of my body.

I just ordered it now ad I hope to receive it next week as it would be originating from the capital Manila only. It is just good that I have the convenience in ordering some of these things online and with that I do not require myself from going out and getting strained and stressed physically in searching for the things that I needed.
