Dear Diary: I Ate A Local Pizza Today And I Regretted It

This afternoon after my parents had returned my nephews to their house after baby-sitting them for a while after my brother had returned home for a weekend church service she bought some pizza for us to eat.

A local pizza here is just like a regular thin dough bread with a little ground meat and grated cheesefood where if you turn the pizza upside down the topping would fall down including the cheese.

So it has a cheese, and before I said no to my mother I was given two little slices of it which I ate because I couldn't say no anymore and what the heck it is pizza anyway, tasty and delicious and I haven't eaten anything yet so I thought maybe it wouldn't hurt to have some.

Now I was regretting it because I was passing gas like I am a motorcycle making me feel bloated and uncomfortable. It made me skipped my supper so I haven't had anything after that except some pineapple that my mother bough as well this afternoon.

Well for the last time I have confirmed that I am really a lactose intolerant person and I must not really eat dairy food products unless I would take some lactase tablets for me to digest them and not to suffer farting like crazy, bloating and breathlessness.

For the final time I learned my lesson here now and I must skip the foods with milk or cheese in it and I am just sad that I am unable to digest lactose since I really love cheeses and milk. But I have to adhere to my stricydiaet for me to avoid getting sick of such food products.
