Dear Diary: I Am Looking Forward For My 120 Dialysis Session Next Year

Perspiration helps me a great deal so I miss those weeks that it was really hot and humid and it seems like it is a challenge to survive it when it happens because of the discomfort it gives me.

Although I am uncomfortable with such temperatures or weather at least I am not in misery inside me because I do not get easily filled with fluids which squeezes my lungs even further.

Sweating also makes me get liberal in my fluid intake because the rate of losing water from my body in humid days is substantial enough so at least I am enjoying drinks because I could not enjoy eating if I am not hooked up for my dialysis.

It didn't rain yesterday and I am hoping that today would be the same. But I wasn't able to rid much water from my body yesterday because it wasn't so hot like the previous weeks had been.

It is forecasted that today there might be some localized thunderstorms but maybe it would happen in the evening where the cooler air would make a precipitation in the air up above and making a light rain.

But it is the wet and rainy season so I am not that hopeful to get the same weather as last week's so I am just trying to control my diet because no one around me could really help me but myself alone. So whatever I do will result either for my own comfort or discomfort.

But I am optimistic for the 120 session that my health insurance will e giving for dialysis patient's benefits here in my beloved country thanks to the political will of the government about its tax reform law for the interests of every citizen here.

Hopefully next year that will happen or even this year so that is something I am happily looking-forward to because it will mean my good well-being even if I was to unfinish my dialysis sessions it will still impact my health in a more positive way.
