Dear Diary: I Am Hoping For A Much Hot And Humid Weather Soon To Help Me With My Breathing Issues

I know that after two weeks the weather here in my place will turn around into a much warmer or very humid weather so I am quite expecting it and I know that humid and very hot weather will be my friend despite it will make me uncomfortable due to the eeky effects of the weather as it will make me perspire a lot.

It has been a while ever since I perspired like a cold beverage over a table at room temperature and it only happens during hot and humid weather here in my place.

Often times when my skin touches a thing like my bed or an arm of a chair it will really perspire a lot. There was a time that I napped and left my right arm over the chair beside my bed, well that part of the chair got so wet because of my perspiration.

So if the hot season comes my blanket or a used t-shirt I use to absorb my perspiration over my bed so that my foam bed won't get so wet.

I like it like that though, it feels like I am in a natural sauna bath without the steam but it is really uncomfortable especially here in my room where there isn't much fresh air circulating so i have to turn on the extra electric fan to blow air out so that a fresh air could come in.

Why do I like the hot weather? Well if I would perspire it will help me with my breathing because I am currently above my dry weight and it is not good because it just adds misery to me. If I would perspire it will be easier to target my dry weight because in dialysis they just set me up to be drawn with a limit of 3.5 kilos per dialysis session.

So if I would not exceed that limit I can be drawn with fluids in my body down to my desired dry weight. So if I would arrive with a smaller water load they can target my dry weight easily.

Of course with a hot and humid weather I could enjoy much water intake because I could just perspire it anyway. Sometimes I would arrive in the dialysis center with only 1 Kilo of load in my body and I will be surprised considering that I did drank much water.

So now I am just preparing for that hot and humid weather in the coming two weeks from now, it will not be comfortable for me but at least it will help me a great deal.
