Dear Diary: I Am Glad That I Was Able To Sleep And It Eased Me Up
I was not feeling good yesterday and it forced me to sleep and I thought that it would make me feel better. Well it did and it eased the pressure on my back or whatever you might call it because it made a good difference on how I am feeling today.
I must say that sleep should not be ignored and we should not fight it with stimulants like caffeine or our bodies would not like it in the short and long-term most especially.
After sleeping (intermittently) I felt refreshed and the discomfort in my back had eased up a bit and I am happy for it. Right now I am just once again excited about my dialysis because I am already waterlogged and it doesn't feel nice as I am struggling again with my breath.

I was able to eat my stir-fried noodles with a bit of rice breakfast and I enjoyed it a bit. That thing really makes me happy because I am not getting bored of its taste, maybe the celery in it just makes it tasty for me so I was able to eat it every single morning so it is cool. It is better than cheese sandwich because since I am lactose intolerant I do not want an dairy products as much as possible.
I might again ask my nurses to adjust my dry weight because I get to filled up quickly with fluids. My nurses are really inexperienced in that regard that is why most patients could not achieve the best of well-being that they deserve here in my country. It is because of the "brain drain" going on where the better nurses go abroad for work while the inexperienced ones are left here doing their training on us patients.
That is a good news for me to hear from you friend
