Dear Diary: Exotic Things That I Do Want To Eat

I do not think that I can ever eat a snake or a rat for that matter as they Eek me out but with bugs I am interested because some say they have comparable or as much protein in them like in beef plus I also haven't had any of them since birth.

The mole cricket is also found here in my country, they are sometimes harvested when it rains and it coincides with tilling of the rice field to prepare it with planting rice. These insects just pops out and are collected and then they are cooked with frying or stewing with vinegar and soy sauce.

Some specialty restaurants serves them and they are quite very rare to find. I just hope that someday I could have some to find out how they really tastes.

Another exotic food that I do wanted to eat was the grasshopper, they are much cleaner than the Mole insect because they just eat leaves and if you find one you can determine that they are just clean because of the pristine looks of their body. There aren't any blemish or dirt that you can see in their wonderfully adopted bodies that can leap and fly from shrub to shrub.

I also want to eat some because I am also intrigued about their taste. They probably can do well with rice and I also had seen that they can also be broiled in charcoal unlike the mole insect where it just have to be fried or stewed.
