Dear Diary: Be Careful In Using Chinese Food Products

I have come to watch this documentary about foods coming from China from a seemingly unharmful bowl of noodle soup to fresh tripe almost all are tainted with chemicals that acts as a "product enhancer" or just to deceive the customers and make money of of the consumers and the unwary consumers would be the final victim because of the greed of these food manufacturers and restaurant owners and retailers.

That is why I am just very careful now in what I eat particularly the packaged and processed food products not only coming from China but from the whole world.

Most food products has additives, they are really not harmful if consumed sparingly because our bodies scan handle the toxins. The problem is that we tend to eat some of these foods everyday and that causes our bodies to give up on the backlog of toxins that it has to process so in turn we develop illnesses like cancers, diabetes, abnormalities, defects, and other body imbalances which makes us to feel not good to being sick all the time.

I myself is also exposed to toxins particularly aluminum toxicity because our rice is being cooked in an aluminum pot plus the stir-fried noodles that I also eat is possibly cooked in aluminum pan. Aluminum cannot be taken out by dialysis and also weakens the bones.

That is probably why I am markedly weak and have a ringing of my ear as I am exposed and at risk all the time from heavy metals and other toxins in the food that I eat because of my current condition of being a dialysis patient for a long time with bone complications.

Anyway if you are living in China or a consumer of Chinese foods or even manufactured and processed and packaged food products for that matter, just be aware that what you are eating is really not what you perceived to be good for your body. Chances are you are eating toxic food by greedy bastards out there.
