Dear Diary: Already Set For Dialysis And Hopefully I Will Feel Much Better Again

I had a loose stool today and I think it is a combination of factors like the Blackstrap molasses that I had yesterday, the meal replacement milk, and my parathyroid medicine, all making me feel like shit but they supposed to make me feel good and the opposite happened.

The blackstrap molasses I am taking is very nutritious and it has some nutrients that I needed but it seems that it gives me a loose stool so I might take it sparingly. I am just excited about its taste because it reminds me of that sweet molasses that we eat when I was little, those molasses in recycled big sardine cans.

But blackstrap molasses is very bitter and you cannot eat it unless you mix it up with water and sugar. It is a concentrated kind of sweet molasses with sweetness taken out.

Meanwhile I think I needed to eat something before taking my meal replacement milk because it might make my body digest it more slowly and thus giving it more time to handle a bit of lactose in it. It is because I am still getting watery stools after taking it.

It supposed to not give me diarrhea but it is still happening so it makes me think not to take it anymore lest I will have to take it with lactase supplement for me to assimilate and digest it better.

I Have A Love-Hate Relationship With This Milk

Then my Parathyroid drug adds to the drama because it is one of the sources of my misery. I could not take it off because I need the freak'n drug, it is the reason that my body pains had been reduced considerably. It is the option if Parathyroidectomy is not feasible but here I am enduring its side-effects in turn.
