Dear Diary: A Meal Replacement Milk For My Breakfast

The stir-fried noodles that I was always having doesn't seem to taste right so I will be having my meal replacement mil instead.

It is a good option to take in times like these where I am not able to take in sufficient food for myself so I will not found myself at least wanting in calories and nutrients.

But this kind of food is really expensive and I am just able to afford it because of the kindness of steem community particularly those that are sympathetic for my sake and my cause.

Anyway, this meal replacement milk will keep me feeling full until the evening so it is okay since I have no appetite to eat anyway and at least I was able to eat with this ready meal in can.

I just wished that my parents are good cooks but even my father makes a botched job in cooking rice and it adds to my difficulty in eating.

If I can afford it I will really hire a cook for myself LOL because I do not get a variety of meals here in the house. If fact my food just consist of canned pineapple juice, this meal replacement milk, my breakfast of stir-fried noodles, and my dialysis meal while I am hooked up at dialysis.

That is eat, I mean it. Most meals that my parents cook I do not eat because again it is just the same thing with the same taste. So that is my meal situation and I know it is hard but I hope it will change soon just to make my life much easier.
