Yesterday I received my package and it is the Chicken oil that I had ordered last July 17th. One bottle had a bit of leak from the caps but it wasn't that of an issue to be worried about since both bottles I received intact.

I also like the bottles and they contain about 400 mL of liquid and in this case the chicken oil. I just plan to reuse the bottles for other purposes as I plan to make ginger beer in the future using some grape juice as the medium to make the ginger beer ferment.

I might do the ginger beer soon so I just have to plan for it on where I should store the final product. I do like fizzy drinks and I am excite if I can do it with the help of my mother plus I have to source the materials for it and they don't come in cheap with the bottles for one reason so I might as well use other bottles like an energy drink bottle that is using a strong carbonation for that matter so that it can handle a natural carbonation from fermentation.

Anyway the reason fro my purchase about this chicken oil is I am just curious about its taste if I would mix it with rice which is its intended purpose.

I remember eating a chicken oil mixed with rice and some fish sauce when I was younger when my father cooked a chicken in the oven. We collected the oil and put it in a bottle. It was so delicious because it made the rice nutty in flavor, you can even eat rice on its own with the chicken oil provided you put some seasoning in it like a fish sauce and you can enjoy a good high calorie and high fat meal for that matter.

So I might try this chicken oil if I can enjoy eating it with some fried something and recreate that enjoyment that I experienced when I was younger.

Is this ginger beer really beer? What would happen if you drank a beer?...lol

It is fermented, it contains alcohol and the main ingredient was ginger and tea leaves plus lemon @gungho. You can adjust the sugar content to your liking and the days or how long you would ferment it for maybe higher alcohol levels.
I plan to add lemon grass, Pandan leaves, or some of our local herbs here.
