What I Need Is This Minus The Cold Dip

This is what I needed and what I want, a steam bath but maybe less the freakin ice water dip as it will probably shrivel me into a lionfaced raisin LOL.

It seems a good idea to make a tent and convert it into a bathhouse and maybe I could use a diesel-fueled stove to make some steam using a pressure cooker and a heat resistant hose, maybe it could work also in my bathroom here but I have to turn-off the exhaust fan in my bathroom maybe for that matter.

I really have to perspire because it helps me release extra toxins and water from my body as I have now way of doing that other than to take a dialysis twice a week.
