POWER BREW

I drink this brew everyday, it has a tastey aromatic flavour and a reddish colour.
You don't need to add any milk, but you can add some honey if you like.
The brew is called Redbush tea (ROOIBOS )
It is grown in south africa, and is packed with antioxidants. Totally caffeine free and low in tannins, so it's as hydrating as water. Becoming more popular now in the west, as people find out about its benifits.
