According to the latest study, cranberry juice can prevent tooth decay. Proanthocyanidins are a chemical found in cranberries that prevent harmful bacteria from sticking to the teeth.

Avoids Respiratory Infections

According to studies, cranberry juice helps to suppress certain Haemophilus influenzae strains, which is a common cause of ear and respiratory infections in children. Fruit juices prevent the hair-like structure of bacteria from sticking to the surface of the skin.

Fresh cranberry juice is effective against the infection. It treats a sore throat and colds.

Cranberry juice is rich in organic acids that emulsify body fat deposits. So, for those who want to lose extra weight, this is a good thing.
