CRYPTO-DAILY THE MKT IN NUMBERS: MKT TRADES FLAT AS NEM CROSSES THE $2BILLION MARK FIRST TIME IN WEEKS #0018
Market Overview.
The market traded flat recording a marginal growth of 0.19% gaining a meager $188M to close (GMT+9) at $100.457B continuing its stay above the $100B mark. Volume traded was $2.678B a 25.14% drop from the previous day. The market direction is still not clear with a lot of Bitcoin holders yet to claim their BitcoinCash and the drama from the exchanges lets hope for some direction by the weekend. A total of 836 cryptocurrencies, 187 Assets, and 4,867 market pairs were traded. Bitcoin's market dominance decreased insignificantly to 44.2% of the total market cap.

Bitcoin Cash BCH not contented with the No.4 spot swaps places with Ripple XRP claiming the No.3 spot. Nem XEM was our biggest gainer with an 11.84% growth crossed the $2Billion mark for the first time in weeks. All other coins on the board retained their spots while Ripple XRP recorded the biggest loss of 7.55%. The top Ten cryptos combined market cap rose by 0.22% to close at $88.062B controlling 87.66% of the total market capitalization, while the remaining cryptos retain 12.34%.

BitcoinCash BCH with a 263.71% rise in volume (biggest gainer) moved up 2 spots deposing from the No.3 dropping one spot Litecoin LTC, as it joins the elite league of BTC and ETH unifying their positions on both boards. USDT dropped one spot to No.5 while XRP dropped two spots to No.8 as BTS moved up one step also. Nxt NXT our new entrant with an 88.4% growth in investors attention evicted Dash from the board at the same time deposed EOS to claim the No.9 spot, as its our tradition please welcome NXT to the board. Observing our dominant pairs BCH/BTC were dominant for both BTC and BCH as the battle rages on. Our top 10's combined volume was $2.418B a massive 25.58% drop, and an impressive 90.29% of total volume traded leaving the remaining cryptos with 9.71% of investors attention.
