Zero fees exchange for cryptocurrency ? is it true ? what the hell is going on with exchanges ?

i have seen so many exchanges like bittrex, poloniex, hitbtc, cryptopia and many more.

then within couple of months the new exchanges came to market with good project like binance and kucoin. they are doing better than other exchanges. its also breaking the market. and getting space in the market.

binance and kucoin have their own coins and they are doing tremendous growth as well. all of the new currencies hit to most of the two exchanges.
