Musicoin - The blockchain that will release artists

Music and artists have always been linked to the Internet ... The Internet is a huge concert hall where everyone can discover new talents, and interact with their favorite artists, even with other fans. And for artists, it's the same ... Everyone can make themselves known, discover his music, exchange with his audience, find other musicians, other enthusiasts ... etc.

I do not think there is a single artist on the canvas who has not, however small, a small fanbase and supporters. And since always, the relationship between the artists and the net has been very complicated ... After the first emotions MySpace was followed a very clever period based on P2P. Some artists who were already well established were fiercely opposed to these free exchanges, and other more modest artists felt that music should be free and that this indirectly contributed to their wealth by bringing new fans and helping to fill the concert halls .

CD support has continued to decline, MP3 sales platforms have never really taken off, some independent have experienced free pricing and others have learned to dispense with intermediaries (such as record companies) to distribute directly Their music to their fans on their own site.

Platforms that broadcast music without limits AND pay artists, thanks to advertising and subscriptions. All the same as the famous global license, but in private mode.

And yet, everyone continues to yell ... The artists because the platforms pay them spinners and fans, because subscriptions are too expensive or advertising too intrusive.

And if I talk about all this, it is because I have just glimpsed what the future of musical distribution will be. A free and direct exchange, without intermediary, between the artists and their fans and that will not rest on any single platform.

His name: Musicoin!

As with the Bitcoin, which offers a decentralized currency and out of the clutches of governments and banks, the Musicoin is a non-profit blockchain system that allows direct rewarding of artists without intermediaries. It works with a "smart contract" techno (like Ethereum or others), so that the artist touches his due every time someone presses the PLAY button.

Sort:

Invested in a small holding of this coin. Artists are tired of Spotify paying them pennies for their content. If this system pays well I think many indie artists will adopt it for distributing their music.

It is sure, and if not it is the most profitable currency mining

It's pretty silly how people aren't willing to pay 10 dollars a month for unlimited music. That is an insanely good deal. Sadly because of the internet, music has become cheap and worthless, so the artists get ripped off not only by the labels, but also the consumers. I think this coin is an interesting concept though

I think so too
