What does this mean?

Currently, as of last week users received dividends to make the coin worth ~85 cents (for 5%ROI per year), however the dividends were doubled due to their recent mistake. Therefore, their coin is worth ~40 cents, despite it being ~90 cents right now. This means more than half is speculation. However, if speculation is correct, I could see this coin reaching 10 dollars by the end of Feb.

This will likely create a high influx of volume, thus increasing the price of the coin through the increase in dividends. However, the most important thing is it brings more exposure to it, hopefully increasing the volume of other trading pairs too!
