How not to lose money when investing in Crypto Currency!!

The world of Crypto Currency market is very volatile at times as we all know. And Everybody including me has this fear in the back of their mind, that what if the market crashes and I lose all my money. That sometimes prevents us from buying into deals that can turn out to be a really stellar investment in the future when it's price explodes. So how to keep this fear at bay and continue to drive our profits higher?

1.  Don't Panic : When the market goes down, just sit back and relax instead of fretting about selling your entire portfolio. Always remember to buy low and sell high, not the other way round. If the market is red continuously for a few days, try not to log into your account every few hours as you'll definitely make a wrong decision and sell when it's at a low point. The best thing to do is to not open your account for a week or so.

2.  Invest what you can risk to lose : Try not to put your life savings into Crypto investment. Only invest the money that you can afford to lose. I've seen people on certain platforms boasting that they've taken all the money out of their bank accounts and invested in Crypto, others are saying that they've taken loans to invest in Crypto. 

Don't ever do that. Just invest the money that's spare, so that you don't get depressed even if you lose some money.

3. Set Your goals : Some people might think that investing in crypto will make them rich in no time. But like any other investment , you should set up a plan. Plan about when you're going to pull out a certain portion of your invested money. It doesn't matter if you do it at 50% or 100% profit, but do plan on something like that. At least that'll let you sleep sound at night, believe me.

4.  Do your Research : You should know the ins and outs of any crypto currency that you're investing in. Try not to emulate what the market is doing, in other words don't follow the herd. Make your own decisions based on your research. A crypto may be lying low for some time but it may explode in value when people who do their research start buying into it. So if you've done a solid research on a crypto currency and know it's long term value, you can never go wrong.

5.  Learn from your mistakes:  No matter how long you've been investing, everybody makes mistakes when they start. But only the intelligent persons learn from their mistakes and avoids making the same mistake again.

So hopefully, if you follow the above 5 steps you can tread through this volatile Crypto Currency market better than the others.
