This sketch took almost twice as long as the last 2 sketches I've submitted so far. With every drawing I complete, the more natural the whole process has become. I'm learning just how essential the eraser is, and I'm starting to prefer using a mechanical pencil over other drawing tools. The sketch below took about 2 hours, I think I did a decent job, but I don't want to be the comedian laughing at his own jokes. Give me your honest opinion, I'd love to hear more ways to improve as a sketch artist.
Dr. Robotnik
If you have any ideas for other interesting characters I should take a shot at drawing, Pickle Rick is definitely on the table for upcoming sketches. I would love to hear more suggestions so I can have a constant flow of ideas that you the audience are interested in seeing. I aim to entertain, and I aim to improve in my craft.
