Ethereum October Upgrade - Big Changes!?
Ethereum October upgrade wants to make the ethereum network more efficient, with lower fees too.
Here are the basic Ethereum improvement proposals (EIPs):
- EIP E858: Reducing miner’s reward per block, from 3 ETH - down to 1 ETH
- EIP 1234: Removing/delaying difficulty bomb, reducing block reward - to 2 ETH
- EIP 1295: Eliminate nephew rewards and reduce uncle rewards
How will this affect the price of ETH? We will see in the coming months...
