Light lunch at Granny's Kitchen, Wales
I reckon this is a butter dish; it was in a cafe that we happened to visit yesterday called Granny's Kitchen, Lampeter, Wales. There are ornamental kitchen utensils and other types of 'prop' all around. I think you immediately imagine it's a vintage / retro type of place. It was very crowded and it also allowed well behaved pet dogs.
That was the view from the window of the cafe with red dragon bunting for Welsh authenticity. There is a quilt museum opposite; I haven't visited it yet because @tinygalaxy can't really go upstairs due to her leg issues. I might go there by myself one day to investigate.
My lunch was very impressive as I only asked for a salad sandwich (no onions) and look what I got ! I accompanied that with a mug of tea. I don't normally have crisps either.
She never wastes a minute so she immediately took out her sketching pad and pen. Incidentally, @pennsif also enjoyed his food - it was a treat !

I agree, @solominer... it was a salad sandwich and I also got 'a side salad' for the same price. I felt really healthy afterwards (well, despite the crisps).

Ooo I like the butter dish thingy @cryptocariad and I like visiting shops and houses with all this type of antique / vintage / retro looking ornamental things, especially shops that sells second hand items. Classic! And I love the look of your sandwich and the chips, yummm!
Thank you, @marblely... The people behind the counter were really helpful so that was 'good-old fashioned' service there :D - I'll hopefully go back there soon and get to visit that quilt museum opposite.
