Introducing Willow the Sausage Dog!

As I'm quite shy and not keen on posting selfies and content about myself to much. I decided to create a totally off topic blog about the best decision myself and my girlfriend made together in life. So this is kinda about me but mostly about my miniature sausage dog!

Me and my girlfriend have been together for about 5 years. Very happy couple that met when we was young just 18. We have been together ever since with no problems or horrible stages. Everything's fine and as time went on we both agreed it was time to do something with abit more responsibility. Kids was certainly not on the agenda as we are both young and my girlfriend is studying at university racking up huge debts! So I said as we love animals a lot maybe we should get a dog. By the way I already have seen over the years my girlfriends love for dachshunds aka sausage dogs. So that was it we was set on getting a baby lil sausage.

Months went by of research and finding adverts of them at quite a distance it looked like it could take a long while. We wanted to make sure our pup was registered and fully checked to not carry hereditary diseases. Some sausages get problems with there eyes and backs. My girlfriend didn't lose a single bit of enthusiasm as the hunt went on. In fact she just seemed to get more excited as she felt we was getting closer and closer to finally finding our sausage!

One night I was laid in bed alone watching telly and my phone was buzzing. I answer to which it's an over excited girlfriend saying she's going to visit some sausages tomorrow very local that was just born! I said brilliant but check everything first like the owners and the pups are being looked after etc.

So the following night I get another call, this time she tells me she's put a bloody deposit down! It did make me laugh because she promised she wouldn't! My girlfriend knew though that she wanted this little girl she was holding there. As weeks went by with visits to get her used to us and just generally browse the pups the week came where we got to bring her home! Here is a photo she's named Willow and she's a very happy dog that loves to sleep.

The point of this blog is to introduce willow and encourage others that maybe very happy or having a rough patch in their relationship to think about taking there commitments to the next level. We also hope we encourage an audience that love dachshunds... It's brought us closer and my girlfriend has never been so happy.
