Steemit Crypto Academy Contest Season12 Week03 [SUMMARY] - "The Mimblewimble protocol "
Introduction
Dear Steemians and members of our community, we find ourselves in the third week of the twelfth season of the Steemit Challenge. We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all those who participated in our competition thus far, and we warmly encourage you to join our ongoing competition within our community, labeled as "Season 12 Week 4 - Tokenization." For the third week of Season 12, we organized a competition centered around the Mimblewimble Protocol, a significant cryptographic protocol with the potential to revolutionize privacy and security within the cryptocurrency realm. And ss previously stated, the theme for the third week's competition revolved around the Mimblewimble protocol. Participants were encouraged to do the following:
Use your own words to show your understanding of the Mimblewimble protocol.
Explain how the Mimblewimble protocol works, giving an illustrative example.
Do you think the Mimblewimble protocol could be used on the Steem blockchain to improve scalability and privacy.
Discuss in detail a crypto (its blockchain) that uses the Mimblewimble protocol.
Mention the advantages and disadvantages of the Mimblewimble protocol.
We were pleased with the quality of content in the submissions we received. Some participants were newcomers to our crypto competitions, and this introductory challenge allowed them to get acquainted with our platform. This week, we observed that only 3 entries achieved an "Excellent" rating, representing 23% of the total submissions. The majority of the entries, totaling 69%, fell into the "Good" category, which was the highest score obtained. Additionally, 8% of the entries were categorized as "Average," while there were no posts identified as invalid or containing plagiarism, accounting for 0% in those categories.
