This beer did have me dancing with its amber color and hoppy notes. The beer is a deep amber color with one finger of dense white head that has a nice reddish/tan ring where the head meet the beer. The head lingered which was made this a great beer to photograph.
The aroma is sweet with loads of hoppy floral notes. There was a fair amount of citrus and spice. The aroma was better than your run of the mill IPA.
The taste is clean, bitter and oddly refreshing. The hops give the beer pine, citrus, grapefruit, tea notes that fit the style. The mouth feel is great. There is a decent amount of carbonation that helps keep the flavor from overwhelming the palate.
Overall, this beer has a good appearance and complexity. The taste and aroma are competitive with other beers of the style. My favorite part might be the packaging/branding. For some reason it cracks me up to see a Elvis like chicken on the bottle.

Love the beer name and art! IPAs are usually a bit bitter for me but this one sounds like it might be worth checking out sometime!
It’s definitely worth trying since it does have some of the Belgian characteristics.
