A Backdrop for a Cat
Happy Caturday Everyone!
We were lucky this week to find two professional backdrops which were cozy enough for a cat. One advantage for shooting felines, is that you don't need to choose an outfit. Their fur is often so beautiful any accessory looks silly. If you've ever tried dressing a cat, it could take days to get them used to wearing something and more often than not it's animal abuse.
Yes the lighting is off, I'd be called crazy setting up studio lighting in the bathroom for a photoshoot of a cat. Caught her taking a dry bath, the results exceeded my expectations. While we're on the topic of animal abuse, she's probably due for a wet bath.
Here's another shot, the pose is awkward but the background makes her really stand out. This cozy new bed cover is perfect for a daytime nap.
Forget about the poses, which background do you prefer? A flat white or a textured dark blue?

Difficult choice of background I will only go for the white this time only because I feel it made the image clearer.
The bathtub is a great background. I understand people even use tubs for Amazon and Ebay photos, lol.

Blue if I have to choose. But your Kitta is gonna make any background look good.
