TEMPLE THOUGHTS Song of Solomon 2 15

in #christian7 years ago

Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes.

A young man when writing an exam, found himself in what is called a special center. In such special centers, teachers are paid to write answers on the chalkboard for the candidates to copy. The young man came to me after the exam and said " daddy, I did not copy what they wrote and dictated, I prayed that God will block my hears and He did" I told him quietly 'son you have passed'. The boy in my story is not so young now, I'm watching as he is flying above his peers. He can never be limited.

A man drew some money from a teller machine and discovered he was overpaid by x thousand Naira. He checked his account and realized that it was not affected. This was machine error. He casually spent the money as booty from the heavens. I say, he failed.

The two situations described above are called 'integrity checks' they are opportunities for little sins in secure environments, when nobody can see, and God is not obvious. Nobody will know if the boy copied and the transaction with the machine was private.

Have you failed an integrity check before? Yes I failed many until I realized that the sense of security is false. Don't bother looking over your shoulder, those watching are invisible. I realized too, that the little foxes come when the grapes are tender so they can spoil the promise of harvest.

Be sober and vigilant.
