The maintained stone and brick lookout tower from 1892 is situated on the Hvězda Hill in the Vilémov Highlands of the Krkonoše Mountains. It was built on the foundations of the original building of Prince Kamil Rohan from 1847. Since 1847 he has been named Štěpánova výšina according to Archduke Štěpán. The lookout tower is 20 m high, from its top there is a circular view of the Czech and Polish Jizera Mountains and Giant Mountains.
