Your 300Second a Day Exercise Program.

  Unless English is your 49th Language; or have been living under a rock for the last 2 decades, it is impossible to have not heard that lack of exercise is a major risk to your health and lifestyle.  There is an undeniable link between most major illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders and metabolic disorder directly in connection with physical inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle.  So what to do; move your body more, governments now suggest 30 minutes three times a week. Well i am here to tell you something else; 5 minutes a day = 300 Seconds and that is less than 1% of your daily time allowance.  The problem with gyms is you need to pay fees and to travel to them and cue around for machines. However even lounge lizards must move from the bathroom, bed, fridge and lounge. So the lower body muscles at least get some workout daily.  But today most people spend 75% of their day sitting down. Well we will show you five exercises to build up your upper body muscles, it is about building up the top half of your body muscles since a pound of fat burns 3 calories but a pound of muscle burns thirty ! calories. This means a ten times increase in fat burning metabolism simply for investing 300 seconds per day.  Greatest exercise  is the humble pushup and this is your GoTo number 1 exercise this whole body tensing works all the major muscle groups, massaging the intestines and lubricating the joints. Simply can't do a pushup? then lean against a wall or do pushups on your knees. As you get stronger you will be able to do more.  
  The Next exercise is lie on your back with knees bent and raise your feet slightly and cross over your knees, make sure you tense your back straight and firm up your front, this is about lengthening and strengthening your core muscles.  Number three the Squat, stand up and balance and bend your knees as you lower your body until your thighs are bent and nearly parallel to the floor, just do as many as practical and remember it is about working the muscles and never seek to make the body sore.  If at any time pain means the body is unsure and you need to stop. This is not about getting all hot and sweaty nor seeking a cardio burn, its about stretching the muscles and firming up the ligaments. Over time your body will repair and remove toxins as well as burning more calories.  Number 4 are Monkey crawls, down on hands and knees and crawl around like a baby. Try and keep your back straight as you move forward and backward.  Lastly Crab crawls, sit on the floor and place your hands behind you and lift your body up onto your hands and feet and shuffle forward and backwards. Try and keep your middle tight and head up and have fun.  These 5 exercises to be done daily in 300 seconds will tone and strengthen your upper body muscles and this new upper body muscle will burn calories at an increased rate for the next day or two. This means you are losing weight without any fancy machines that do not work nor by altering your lifestyle.  No need for massive investments of money nor time since each day allows a slight building on the previous days efforts. Slowly over time you will start to feel more relaxed and stronger. But with only 5 minutes per day there is plenty of time for life and the body to repair itself.  This simple program of just these five exercises are your first defense of most of the modern lifestyle diseases people and society are plagued with in the fast paced world...
