Finally it's saturday. After a week of working, its time to have a rest. But how? I still have papers to check and tasks to do at home.
I woke up at 6 °clock in the morning to start my tasks. First, is to fix our bed.
My husband prepared already my breakfast since he will left home early for his biking.

Bread with ham and choco.

After I ate my breakfast I will do the household chores like cleaning, and washing the clothes.

For our lunch, my husband cooked fried fish.

In the afternoon, I had to do my paper works such as checking the testpaper of the students, recording the scores, and submitted the reports

Thank God, I finished my tasks today. I need to double my time since the deadline will be next week.

For our dinner, I decided to cook for my husband. So I prepared eggplant with breadcrumbs.

These are the ingredients that I used.
*Eggplant
*Eggs
*Salt
*Magic sarap
*Bread crumbs
*Oil
*Oyster sauce

I boiled the eggplant instead of grilling.

Peel it and flattened.

Seasoned the egg with salt and a pinch of magic sarap to add taste.
Egg wash. Soak the eggplant into the egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.

Heat the frying pan and add oil. Wait until it is very hot so that the eggplant is crispy.

Add the eggplant.
So I prefer to use the breadcrumbs instead of flour so that it is crunchy.

Wait until it becomes golden brown.
Then ready to serve.

Vegetables are the best.
