Moroccan kofta with eggs 🍳.
Hello my dearest friends of steemit! Today I would share with you the Moroccan recipe named kofta with eggs, it’s the more easy to prepare it when you feel lazy or you are so tired that can just to fry these kofta with eggs like kofta omelette.
So I will share with you the ingredients to can give it try:
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gms of meat filet
- 1 egg
- biscuits crumb
- coriander
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 Small onion
- spices ( salt, paprika, cumin, turmeric, Black pepper.)
DIRECTION
- put the meat filet in high speed blender with the onion * coriander + garlic, until you get a patties.
- add the spices on it and the eggs + little biscuits crumb and mix all well.
- form it as you see in the picture, and fry them in little oil , then add 2 eggs to it , and let all cook.
- spread little cumin on it.
