Temaki with super fresh salmon
Are you obsessed with sushi but are too shy to get out of your California roll comfort zone?Temaki are hand-rolled, cone-shaped, nori-wrapped sushi filled with rice and fish or vegetable fillings. I made pink Temaki with super fresh salmon, creamy avocado, radish sprouts and Living Goodness Super Superkraut fermented with super kale and super wakame seaweed. For pink rice I used natural coloring. Beetroot juice works like a real magic here🌈
