RECIPE FOR PURÉ.
Greetings amazing cooks. It's your girl Nubia Nahbila. Hope your day went on well. I just wish to share with you a recipe for a healthy food. It's called "puré". A French dish. There are different ways of making the dish. Depending on what an individual would like to eat. Here we go.
WHAT YOU NEED.
Carrot
Pear
Onion
Tomatoes
Groundnut oil
Milk
Maggi
PROCEDURE.
Wash these items clean.
Peal pear and place in a bowl. Smash it till it's totally smashed
Then you chop the carrot and put in the bowl.
Slice the tomatoes, onions and add inside the bowl as well.
Mix all of these in the bowl.
Then you add milk (optional.)
Add Groundnut oil and a cube of maggi
Mix all and place in the fridge to get chilled.
After 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and serve chilled with bread.
Puré is ready.
It is rich in fats and oil from pear
Rich in vitamins from carrot, Onions and tomatoes.
You can have it mostly for breakfast and for dinner. It saves us the time to cook. Especially when we are in a haste to go to work or tired in the evening when we return.
