Today is 32 years old. I can't stand my birthday. Mainly because the birthday reminds us of the transience and irreversibility of time. Each year, I engaged in social mediaand answered greetings, then a will celebration began Birthday that pleased everyone but me. This year, due to the pandemic and quarantine, I will not be celebrating my Birthday. In the circle of loved ones (wife and son) we will have a festive dinner, rejoicing because we are alive and each of us has FAMILY.

Сьогодні мені виповнилось 32 роки. Я терпіти не можу свій день народження. Переважно через те, що День народження нагадує про швидкоплинність та неповоротність часу. Кожного року я займався тим, що сидів в соціальних мережах і відповідав на привітання, потім починалось святкування, яке приносило задоволення всім крім мене. В цьому році, завдяки пандемії і карантину, я не буду святкувати свій день народження як раніше. В колі самих близьких (дружини і сина) ми проведемо святкову вечерю, радіючи тому що ми живі і у кожного із нас є наша сім’я.

Birthday is a great excuse to look back and analyze your achievements over the years. Admittedly, I immediately could not remember what a valuable thing I did over the last year. In previous years, I generally only remember the highlights of life. After a little thought, I reminded of 2 or 3 accomplishments that I started to bring to life this year:

I overcome decompensation of the disease;
I dramatically change my lifestyle (compared to the beginning of the year, my behavior has changed by more than 80%, and most importantly, my thinking and worldview have changed by 80%;
I accepted myself as I am and start loving myself.

День народження прекрасний привід оглянутися назад і проаналізувати свої здобутки за прожиті роки. Признатися, я відразу не міг згадати, що такого цінного я зробив за останній рік. За попередні роки я взагалі пам’ятаю тільки основні моменти життя. Після невеликих роздумів мені згадались 2, ні 3 досягнення, які я розпочав втілювати в життя в цьому році:

побороти декомпенсацію хвороби;
кардинально змінити свій образ життя (якщо порівнювати із початком року, моя поведінка змінилась більше ніж на 80%, і саме головне – на 80% змінилось моє мислення та світосприйняття;
прийняв себе таким, яким я є і полюбив себе.

After such little thought, I came up with an idea how I could congratulate myself on my birthday. I decided to write an article analyzing my activities at HIVE (since my first visit, from the first day of STEEM registration).

A new page of my life has started on March 20th. For a long time I didn't think to choose HIVE or STEEM.
