Planting An Aloe Garden!!

Hey everyone, so they cut down (sadly and against my recommendation) around 7 palm trees recently. Those Coco's Palm trees render amazing bee food. My landlord and partner did however 'atone' by buying many Aloes and planting them.

These flower once a year between mid-winter and Spring and the bees totally love the, or the flowers anyways.

My little adopted dachund 'Tinkie' Seems to be right at home around these new Aloes they are busy planting. I have just named her the 'German Lizard Slayer' she just loves hunting anything that moves really.

What I love so much about Aloe's is they flower at different times and produce vast quantities of nectar as well as pollen, the perfect bee food readily available for months on end. They make an amazing garden too ;)

    What was the reason behind taking down the trees?

    They live in a Thatch Roof house brother and with all the shade in winter from the Tree's it is very cold coupled with the fact that they mess in their pool. Cheer$;)
